Shrikant Sreenivasan is a guitar player, guitar teacher and a music composer/arranger from Mumbai. He is best known for his position as the guitarist for the pioneering Prog-Rock band, Coshish. They’re signed under Universal Music India and have released their debut album ‘Firdous’ in 2013. The band has topped charts (iTunes, Nokia Music) and they’ve also received great reviews internationally. He has also played with a Horror Metal band, Albatross and also composed/arranged one of the tracks, “Uncle Sunny at the Tavern” from their EP, The Kissing Flies.
Shrikant is currently a part of an instrumental supergroup called Fraunikus. They’re the first instrumental band from India to play soundtracks and implement orchestral elements to their songs.
